(the Facilities) located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). By accessing our Website or using our Facilities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, bookings are non-refundable. Lingo Amusement reserves the right to:
- cancel bookings due to operational or safety reasons;

Lingo Amusement has the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or suspend accounts suspected of fraudulent activity.
5. Use of Facilities (Play Area Rules)
5.1 Admission
Children are allowed only with a supervising adult (unless otherwise stated in specific supervised sessions or birthday bookings).
5.2 Parental Supervision
Parents and guardians remain fully responsible for supervising their children at all times while inside the facility.
5.3 Safety & Conduct
All visitors must comply with all posted safety rules and instructions from staff. Misconduct, unsafe behavior, or damage to equipment may result in immediate removal without refund.
5.4 Age and Height Restrictions
Activities may have age, height, or weight restrictions for safety reasons. Restrictions must be followed.
5.5 Health & Medical Conditions
For everyone’s safety, guests must not use the play area if they are experiencing illness, contagious conditions, or physical limitations that pose safety risks.
5.6 Clothing & Accessories
Children must wear socks at all times unless otherwise instructed. Sharp objects, jewelry, metal items, or accessories that can cause injury are prohibited.
5.7 Food & Allergies
Food and beverages may be restricted in designated areas. Parents are responsible for children’s allergies and dietary sensitivities.
6. Waiver of Liability
By entering the Facilities, guests acknowledge and agree that:
- physical activity involves inherent risks;
- Lingo Amusement L.L.C., its employees, and representatives are not liable for any injury, accident, or incident caused by misuse, lack of supervision, or non-compliance with facility rules;
- parents and guardians assume full responsibility for their children during their presence at the Facilities.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability where prohibited by UAE law.
7. Personal Property
Lingo Amusement is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought into the Facilities.
8. Safety, Cleanliness, and Maintenance
The Facilities comply with UAE and Dubai requirements regarding hygiene, sanitation, health, and safety standards. Access may be temporarily restricted for cleaning, maintenance, or safety reasons.
9. Photography and CCTV Monitoring
The Facilities may be monitored by CCTV for safety and security purposes in compliance with applicable UAE law. Photography inside the facility shall be limited to your own children and family unless explicit consent is obtained from others.
10. Intellectual Property
Website materials, logos, trademarks, images, videos, and branding are property of Lingo Amusement L.L.C. and cannot be used without written authorization.
11. Privacy and Data
Personal data collected through our Website or at the Facility will be processed in accordance with UAE Federal Law No. 45 of 2021 (Personal Data Protection Law), applicable sectoral rules, and our published Privacy Policy.
12. Modifications to Terms
